Not Feeling Seen Or Heard? Here’s What You Can Do
Relationships are important. From the moment we’re born, forming secure connections with others is of primary importance based on survival, but also based on preference. From infants to children to adults, we all desire to feel seen and heard.
By seen and heard, I mean our desires, longings, struggles, fears, and dreams. We want certain people to really get to know us at a deeper, more vulnerable level, as it helps us to feel valuable and worthy.
