As with any addiction, there’s so much more to recovery than just stopping the codependent behavior. Recovery is a learned experience, and a practice of rediscovering your whole self – mind, body, and spirit. Begin journeying toward your sacred being by peeling back painful or egoic layers, digging deep, processing, forgiving, remembering, reprogramming, etc. from a physiological, social, and spiritual perspective.
